We are trying to sell our CIP tank and exhaust fan which we ended up not using. The CIP Tank is about 6 years old but only used for 1 year. The Exhaust fan was used before we had the luxury of venting the brew house to the outside. It has glycol running through it to cool down the steam and turn it back into a liquid then ran to the drain. We got quotes from the manufacture for the exhaust fan and it is worth around $3,000 and the CIP tank around $2,000 but we are willing to deal a little just to get them out of our way.
