ABC License in California With Criminal Record

Hello! I am currently looking to start a brewery with two other business partners. I have started the process of filing in the ABC license here in California.

I actually have a felony reckless driving on my record from speeding at over 100 MPH. Does anyone know if this is grounds for rejection from the ABC? Also if this felony may jeopardize getting the license, is it possible for me to be a co-owner and not have my name on the ABC license and instead have my other partners names on there?

Any pointers would be much appreciated!

Was alcohol mentioned in any police report?
I think what they mostly look at are problems that are alcohol/drug , tax or moral violations. You cannot "hide" your equity. One thing you can do is only "own" 9% and not have to be on the license. You can then be hired and get paid any amount. Just be careful that you are just an employee and you do not make anything more than suggestions as to the running of the company. I am not a lawyer so you should talk to one.
