Sanke automated keg cleaner
This is a one-head keg cleaner from an Austrian manufacturer. As such, it is solidly engineered and has put in quite a number of hours for us with minimal problems. About two years ago, we had the pump completely rebuilt with brand new seals from the manufacturer. It's set up for chemical sanitation - we use a non-foaming acid sanitizer.
We currently have this machine set for a triple caustic wash, followed by double rinse, evacuation, CO2 purge, and CO2 pressurization. Complete cycle time is about 6 minutes. We have the manual and contact information - the manufacturer's rep will send you (as they did us) the programming unit. You plug it into the machine and set all the timers to whatever value you need.
The great thing about this machine is it cleans with high pressure to get at the sides, but also a nice low pressure to clean the keg stem. We've put kegs with year-old, dried beer onto this thing and then pulled the stem to check the inside - both stem and keg were like new.
The caustic reservoir holds about 40-50 gallons. Depending on how soiled your kegs are, you can get at least a full day's cleaning done without the caustic getting too dirty. The reservoir heating element is pretty powerful - will heat to 165 from 60 in about 2 hours.
One caveat - you can change the timing of the cycles but not the actual cycles. That means the pre-CO2 evacuation is done with "Sterile Air", which means you MUST HAVE a sterile air filter. If you have one, great. If not, I have one that I don't need anymore, we can discuss.
