Hello All,

I've been able to get our draft system (serving tanks + beer gas) to work fairly well but I'd love to "outsource" the balancing act and pay someone to come in and fix/re-fit the system for us.

Any suggestions for an outfit in or around central NY that does draft system design and balancing? We're going to try MicroMatic again (they wouldn't return my phone calls or emails previously) but we're looking for other names.

Any suggestions? I got the system fairly well balanced on CO2 and now that we've moved to beer gas it's time to re-balance the whole thing again, apparently.

Suggestions welcome.
