    Sabco Brew-Magic for sale

I have a gently used, well maintained Sabco Brew-Magic for sale.

This is the non-computerized, easy to use PID version of the Brew-Magic.....once you have your technique dialed in, you will hit your numbers with amazing regularity and absolute reproducability. The unit is in "ready to brew" condition with new sight glasses, an upgraded electric heating element, and all tri-clamp connections.....just plug it in and hook up your propane and you are good to go.

I am selling this Brew-Magic because I have approval from SWMBO to upgrade to the new Sabco Brew-Magic V350MS System before I retire from my "day job".....

The Brew-Magic and I are located near Stratford, WI which is ~2.5 hours east of St. Paul, MN and ~2.5 hours north of Madison, WI.

I have it listed on some home brewing sites for $3400.....let's talk.

E-Mail plankg@frontier.com for pictures or more information

    MadtownBrewer,

No problem.....if you would send me your e-mail address I will send pics and details of how the system works off list.....

FWIW, our last brew was a pilot of 12 gallons of a Belgian Dark Strong Ale, split between four fermenters to try different fermentation schedules and temperatures and assess their impact on The performance and flavor profile of Wyeast 3739 (Gulden Draak yeast). I mention this brew because it pushed the system Brew-Magic to its physical space limit.....~30lb grain in the mash tun with a bunch of rice hulls to keep the RIMS flowing properly, 13.8 gallons to the kettle, and we hit our numbers with 12 gallons of 1.090 wort post boil.

    I am at plankg@frontier.com

    THANKS

We're looking for a pilot brew system for our brewpub; is this still available?
