Washington DC startup looking to add experienced Brewmaster

Requirements: 3 years of experience preferred:
-Competent in operating brewhouse equipment
-Able to accurately reproduce our recipes/brew SOPs as well as the creativity and talent to produce new recipes.
-The ability to manage the floor's day to day responsibilities e.g. kegging, CIP duties etc.
-A mastery of manufacturing operations as well as tested management skills a must.
