Packaging Supervisor Wanted

Two Roads Brewing Company is a start-up 50,000 sq-ft facilty being built in a classic New England factory building in Stratford, CT. Two Roads will be a state-of-the-art brewery geared toward contract production in addition to producing a wide variety of its own brands.

We are installing an automated 100 bbl Rolec brewhouse, Comac Kegging line and a 300 BPM CFT/SBC Tri-block capable of filling multiple bottle sizes.

Build out is progressing rapidly with commissioning expected 4th quarter of 2012.

Two Roads is seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor. An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

*2 or more years packaging experience in a production brewery ( >50K bbls a plus)
*Detail oriented and cross-trained in all brewery operations
*Ability to train and manage people in a positive and productive manner
*Working knowledge of QA/QC methods and procedures
*Strong mechanical aptitude
*Ability to follow directions and established protocol
*Organized and able to manage scheduling and inventory
*Has passion for brewing and doesn't take themselves too seriously
*Prefers to take the road less traveled!
