All I ever did was list the ingredients, write a short brewing process, and end with "aged in oak bourbon barrels." Never had a problem getting approval.
Those using Bourbon, Brandy, Rum barrels etc. for aging beer. What are you putting on formula approval forms for alcohol contributed by the flavoring (the barrel) - anything?
