Job Description – Assistant Brewer

Position Summary: Works in the brewery with the production team to perform brewing and packaging operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Must maintain work place safety while upholding quality standards.
• Operates CIP (Clean In Place) system, brew house, cellar, packaging and customer service relations.

Essential Skills & Abilities:
• Previous experience working in a microbrewery is required.
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Both Technical knowledge and work experience (2 years)
• Communicate with staff throughout the brewery.
