    Keg Flipper Handler

I am completing the installation of an older KHS keg line. I need to flip the kegs over and lift them on to the pallet from the conveyor about 30” high. Any ideas? How do you do it at your brewery?

    Hey,

We have a vacuum lifter at one of our breweries. You basically suck onto the side of the keg and then can safely lift it and spin it manually over (with minimal effort and no back injury!). Probably good to up around the 80kph mark, faster than that you need a palletiser (I suggest).

    See this link: http://www.anver.com/document/press%...keg-lifter.htm

We don't have that specific one, but you get the idea (that was just the first one that came up in the search engine).

Cheers, hope that gives you a starting point.
