Is there a minimum requirement from the TTB or standard distance between two rows of fermenters facing each other? This would be a common walkway with the trench drain running along the middle. I would think 6' should be enough...

TTB does not regulate issues like this, their job is to ensure and protect revenue for the Federal government.

You probably want to check with your local or state code enforcement agencies. This is a building code/health and safety issue. My rule of thumb is, when in doubt start with the most local agency and work your way up!
