Keg Usage, Sales Prices, & Throughput Questions

    Few questions:

The hardest thing for me to figure out is throughput. In other words, how quickly once you gain an account does that account take before reordering? What do you guys see is the average? Few days? Few weeks?

We're getting set to order our first round of kegs. What do most accounts prefer...the 1/6 barrels or the 1/2 barrels...we were planning on doing 25 of each to start with?

What's you average beer sales pricing for a (our pricing is in the parentheses):
    A) Pint ($3-4)
    B) Growler ($15-20)
    C) 1/6 Barrel ($60 self distribute)
    D) 1/2 Barrel ($130 self distribute)

You really need to take a look at what your competition is doing, both in pint and keg pricing.

Not going to be enough kegs. It's at least 4 per account (even self distributing). 1 on tap, 1 back up in their cooler, 1 empty one at the account and 1 full one in your cold storage room.

All it takes is for you not to have enough cooperage to fill a last minute order and you've lost the account to someone who does.
