Full Time Head Brewer- Central NH

New microbrewery in central NH is looking for a full time head brewer.


Candidates must possess the following:


• 5+ years brewing experience, preferably with a 15 Barrel DME system
• Raw material ordering, inventory and handling
• Must be able to lift 55# bags
• All brewhouse operations including mashing, boiling, cooling and yeast handling
• Monitoring fermentations, conditioning, dry hopping and filtration
• Maintaining QC throughout all aspect of the brewing process
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with all departments, and interact with customers
• Enthusiasm for the world of craft beer
• Strong mechanical, repair and troubleshooting ability a plus
