Railhouse Brewery LLC, located near historic Pinehurst North Carolina, is seeking an investor to assist with restoring an historic property located near downtown Pinehurst, home of the 2014 Mens and Women's US Open.

Railhouse Brewery is currently manufacturing and distributing to NC and SC, and is about to expand its distribution with bottles in the next four weeks.

The property is approximately 1.5 acres, and home to the Steam Plant, a facility constructed in 1895 that provided steam and electricity to Pinehurst Resort up until 1986. Estimated property value once complete is $1 - $1.5 million, plus Railhouse will have a restaurant and continue expanding its current distribution operations.

This $1.1 million dollar project has already been funded with $252,000 assistance from the Village of Pinehurst for road construction, and $400,000 in grant funding from the Main Street Solutions Fund and Community Block Grant Program. Some bank financing is available for some of this project, but we are still short of what is needed to begin construction. Archetectural drawings are 40% complete, a full structural survey has been completed, and engineering drawings are complete. Project is nearly shovel ready once final financing is received.
