I bought a 55 gallon stainless drum from these guys. It was in perfect condition, shipped very inexpensively via UPS and the price was much less than I could find elsewhere. They also sell some brewing equipment.

I just had some new stainless barrels made at a place in chicago, skolnik.
they made 85 gal barrels (320L) and welded a 1.5" triclamp fitting to the side near the bottom, and one on the lid. The lid is removable with a clamp.
the whole thing cost about $1000 each (i got 6).
