    contract brewing - NJ

    I was looking to start a keg/tap only brewery. I have come across some sites about contract brewing and financially it seems like the better option for a start-up in small scale. If this is a possibility, please let me know.

    Check NJ State laws regarding breweries/microbreweries and make sure they would allow you to contract with another brewery to create your product. Each state is different.

    i know of a "brewery" from nj that does bottling contract through a NY company, but i will ofcourse do more research
