    Letting tank

    Brewers and other humans,

A few years ago we converted a Letina tanks into our direct-fire kettle for 4bbl batches. Having just converted an 8bbl, our old "kettle" is available.

It is a single wall, half jacketed (upper half) 'wine' fermenter that we skirted.
Cannot hold pressure above 2PSI, but it has a sight glass, multiple 1 1/2" tri-clamp fittings, and the jacket would work for temp control but was worthless for cold dropping beer (with headroom, too much of the temp controlled surface is above the beer). This vessel has, however, been a fantastic kettle.

So, a Letina Z600HVS tank manufactured in 2010 (see St. Pat's, where we bought it new)... For sale. PBW would recover the tank for bright/ferment (without carbonation), but it's been a kettle.

    $1600.

    Thanks,

    Mike K

    The title should read Letina

And the tank is listed in this year's catalog as a z600c.
Pictures pending to all who have requested.
