We're a brewpub slated to begin operations in Q1 2013, and looking for a small (preferably 5-10 bbl) brewery we can contract for a couple batches a month while we build out and wait on TTB approval. All packaging would be in 1/2 bbl kegs. We can purchase as a retail bar or through our local distributor. We'll be located in the middle of the state and ideally would like to contract with someone nearby - Denver, Boulder, Summit County, etc. If necessary, I could deliver (or have delivered) any ingredients outside of your normal inventory, and I'd be more than willing to help out on brew days. We'll also be looking to stock kegs for a few guest taps to fill in whatever holes there may be in our in-house lineup, and that could be part of our contract with the right partner.
