3 Year Projections with Cash Flow

I am trying to put together a 3 year financial plan with cash flow statements. I have been monkeying around but not impressed with my workmanship thus far. Does anyone have a basic template for smaller pub with small distribution or even a consultant who could bang this out quickly?

A very thorough Pro Forma workbook for a production brewery, that has been vetted by both a local bank and the SBA.

I'd be willing to take all your relevant data and customize it to you in both workbook and pdf form for a reasonable consultant fee.

What worked for me was countless hours of homework, hiring a consultant and a CPA. The ABA has a great book, "Starting your own brewery", which has a section on Pro Formas. Cut no corners, as you'll only be doing yourself a diservice if you do.
