Administrative Assistant/Inventory Coordinator - Part-time
15-20 hours per week

This is a newly created “right-hand” position to the Director of Sales & Marketing charged with the responsibility to drive sales and increase overall productivity and effectiveness. We are looking for a high-energy, bright-minded Administrative Assistant who has some Accounting/Finance background and has an affinity for craft beer!
Responsibilities include: forecasting inventory and supplies, performing sales analysis, maintaining a budget, processing accounts payable and receivables, maintaining point of sale inventory, sending weekly reports to field sales and suppliers, coordinating deliveries and pickups, placing replenishment orders, processing bill backs, other administrative duties.
Skills required: strong planning and follow up, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Work effectively with suppliers, customers, sales representatives, and warehouse workers. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Requirements: BS or BA Degree. Strong computer skills; MS Excel and Word, QuickBooks is ideal. Craft beer aficionado most desirable. Occasional travel may be required.
