2000 gallon French oak fermenter $2500 Obo

We are a distillery that over bought our equipment. We have a 2000 gallon french oak fermenter available. It does not leak and works just fine. It was coopered by Vicard in France and is made of 2" oak staves. It previously healed red wines.

The tanks only flaw is that the staves on top are somewhat warped but still form a seal.

The cask is essentially neutral at this point but could be shaved and toasted or charred to add oak influence to your beer (for an extra $1000 I would even do it for you)

Presently it is taking up valuable space and needs to go. We have been storing it dry but will be happy to hydrate it prior to shipping. Includes a 24" stainless man-way on top, and a 18" stainless man-way on the bottom. Fittings are 2" tri-clamp.

You will need to build a stand for it if you want it above grade. We use ours on 4x4's at grade.
