You might want to look in the classifieds section for grundy tanks. The ones I have a rated in that range.

Pressure Tanks
The best I have been able to find that can hold pressure are the glacier tanks. They are rated to 15 psi, but with a carb stone I can carbonate to 2.5 volumes and that should do for soda. They cost about 3k each. Grundies are great but are hard to find. I have four and sometimes have trouble getting them to hold pressure if they are the top clamp style. The side bolt on is the way to go if you are lucky enough to find one. Good luck.
Cheers,
Tom

You should be able to find either glass lined or stainless tanks that hold pressure. I used to have a Cherry-Burrel that was rated for 150 psi (a 660 gallon tank)
Used would be your best bet, look at old pharma tanks.
