Start-Up near Montreal looking for occasional brewing help
We are brewing our first batches of beer, and would benefit from occasional consultation/collaboration with a brewer with several years commercial experience to ensure that we are using best practices. The relationship could turn into a full time brewing position once volume allows. The brewer should be local to avoid added transport and lodging costs.
We are brewing 3 to 4 beers to begin with: A dry hopped West Coast style pale ale, an oatmeal stout, and a bourbon barrel aged Wee Heavy. The Wee Heavy is already aging in oak, and we are brewing our flagship beers now. Oak aged Tripel is coming up soon.
We are flexible with days and hours, as we realize you may have to work this in around an existing brewing job. Let us know if you're interested!

Sir
I would be interested in chatting with you about the possibilities of assisting in your efforts. I have been in the industry for a number of years with a few start ups in Quebec. Presently, I also am a professor in the Brewmaster program in Niagara College in Ontario.
I can be reached at gord_s@otmail.ca if you wish any further info.
Yours in brewing
