I just tested out the Request a Quote form on the PKW website. Seems to be working fine on Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. Be sure to fill out all the blocks would be my only suggestion. Sorry if you are having issues with the form submitting, we have sent the issue to our web site provider.

My request did not go through at first either. I sent them a quick message on Facebook and they got right back to me.
