Water and Series on Quality in Brewing
Following a request from the BA and an idea from there I am in the process of writing a series of summary articles on the quality aspects of brewing. I just started posting this ongoing series of articles on Quality in beer production -from Raw materials to finished product. If the series proves popular I will continue beyond the initial three on raw materials and I welcome input, comments and suggestions from brewers. I make mention of the Probrewer's site Tinseth's water calculator in this first article. It is one of the best I have come across for water chemistry/salt adjustments.
