What do you think of this water test?

We're in the planning stages of a brewery, not yet completely set on a location but these are the samples that our local water bottling company has posted. What do you think of these numbers?

    1. 65 ppm calcium
    2. 81 ppm sulfate
    3. 190 ppm bicarbonates
    4. 1 ppm sodium
    5. .8 Chloride
    6. 19 ppm Magnesium

Thats all that I have right now...

I think your numbers are workable. You have quite a bit of alkalinity and your chloride and sulfate are out of balance but both things can be treated. Alkalinity can be treated with lime, boiling or with acids and adding some calcium chloride can bring your chloride to the desired level while at the same time adding some calcium, which would also be good as you usually want your calcium at around 100 at least.
