Started out homebrewing before I moved to commercial brewing. During this transformation, I completed a degree in Chemistry from Berkeley, took some classes at UC Davis, and the American Brewer's Guild. Then I went and opened my own 15 Bbl. brewery which was extremely stressful and moderately successful getting 4.5 stars out of 5 on Yelp. But the stress just about killed me and I'd like to return to my passion of brewing.
