    Dairy Tank Supply

    We're planning a 7bbl brewpub and looking for used dairy equipment. Thoughts on what the best application of dairy in the brewhouse?

    1. Mash tun -- seems like a no brainer?
    2. Kettle -- is this possible?
    3. Hot liquor tank?
    4. Cold liquor tank?
    5. Serving tanks?

    Overall - what should we buy from dairy, and what should we buy from brewery manufacturers?

    Where is a good source of dairy supply?
