I was asked "what will you be putting in our air" recently and I could not come up with an intelligent answer. I have a handle on what goes down the drain but not-so-good grip on what comes out the kettle stack. Could someone please shed some light on this? Thanks!

Our new Brewery will have to have a Kettle Stack Scrubber installed "to keep the neighbors happy" in our industrial park.
Basically, it's mostly steam, with some malt aromatics and hop oil volatiles. Totally non-toxic.
