    Hop Growing- Time from cone set to maturity?

    Hi,
    I am curious to see what other growers have measured when it comes to the time it takes once the hops pass the "burr" stage and start setting cones to full maturation.

    We grow 9 varieties in CA and we see burr set in late July and cones ready to pick by the second week of September!
