Anybody ever put a jacket on a mixing tank before? Is this feasible? I've got a bead of a free one and I'd like to use it as a fermenter.

I've found a shop to roll steel and I have a welder who says he can do it (he does very good work and this probably isnt sanitary) but I'm kinda worried about the flow inside the jacket for even distribution of cooling.
