Rahr & Sons 2nd/3rd shift Cellar Man needed

Rahr & Sons Brewing, Fort Worth, TX is a North Texas micro-brewery producing 16,000 bbls a year growing to 25,000 bbls within the next 12 months.

We are looking for a evening/night shift Cellar Man.

The job is responsible for all fermentation, cellaring and CIP'ing work and anything else that is going on including covering and filling in on brewing when needed... if you have QA/QC experience that is also a plus. We are a fast growing company. This is a job to where you would slide into a full time brewers position in time... and/or develop other areas to work i.e. Lab QC/QA program etc. etc... Interested parties will need to have completed some sort of formal brewing training and/or min 2 years on the job training in a production brewing facility.
