Why does every brewery manufacturing company want 8k or more for a couple of ball valves, two reservoirs, and a pump?

Does anyone have a simple, used, single head manual keg washer they'd be willing to sell me?

Same reason brewpubs charge 4-9$ for a pint of beer that costs twenty cents to a 1$ to make.
