Job Description
• Gaining and Maintaining Relationships with our distributor partners, and key on and off premise accounts
• Expected to grow business in their respected territory on monthly basis supporting new distribution, promotion, display, features and marketing
• Achieve sales, merchandising and distribution goals while working with distributor(s) to achieve shared aggressive growth plan
• Educating and training key retailer account staff, distributors and consumers and become recognized as the designated “beer expert” in market
• Assist VP of Sales with sales and distribution management by providing timely documented reports with sales trends, distribution, display, POS, promotion, QA analysis, and education
• Review monthly account performance
• Identify market trends & opportunities, and develop respective action plan

Job Requirements
• Shared Passion of craft beer and CA beer industry
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience in the beer or beverage industry preferred
• Competitive soul with an emphatic and confident personality
• Ability to adapt to people personalities with a high capacity to learn
• Solutions oriented, results driven personality
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Clean Driving record required via driving history report
• Candidate must provide reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 35lb cases and maneuver 150lb kegs of beer
• Available to work weekend events
• Qualified candidate should have knowledge of geographic area of work
• Proficient computer skills including excel, power point, spreadsheets and data
