Excessive price for Fresh hops?

    We have been trying to teach brewers to treat wet hops an a different ingredient than their dry herb cousin.

    Uh......I think our colleagues in the industry will agree that we are in need of little or no schooling about the properties of hops and specifically the value of wet vs dry. As for myself, I will continue to grow and harvest my own hops for the brewing of fresh hop beer.

    I greatly appreciate all that the hop industry does to provide quality products for craft brewers but I will not be purchasing any H2o, thanks.
