DE Filtration SOPs

Hi All,

I am looking to fine tune my filter operations. Is anyone out there interested in sharing their DE filtration SOP for my perusal and digestion. Our current process is getting the job done---I don't have any specific issues, but I feel there's room for fine tuning and I'm sure there are plenty of nuances to this beast that I've yet to harness.

I use a Velo Export 3 DE filter, perlite for the bed, and carbonate inline post-filtration, so I'm drawing from an unpressurized fermenter or maturation tank and sending into a pressurized tank.
