Been chosen as the brewer at a brewery that is in the process of reopening. Checking out the kegs to see that there are a fair number of hoff stevens kegs, some converted to sanke fittings, but about half are still hoff stevens fittings. There are tap couplers to hook up to them, but I have not come across any tools to remove the fittings from the keg themselves to inspect and/or replace the dip tubes.

Curious if anyone knows where to purchase the tools, or tips on fabricating a set. Finding someone with that skill won't be a challenge.
