Bulk Co2 use/bbl in production brewery

Tried to search for the answer, but to no avail...

Can anybody give me a # our formula for figuring out bulk CO2 needed to run a production brewery. This will include: Carbonation, tank purging, pushing beer from brite tank, keg purging and running a automated canning line...

Again, sorry if this has been asked.

    Cheers!

    CO2 in production brewery

There is a thread out there which lists a bunch of this information at http://www.probrewer.com/vbulletin/s...ight=co2+usage

To add to it and update, we package about 7,000 bbls a year with around 65% being in bottles and 35% in draft. Ttl bulk CO2 usage has been pretty steady at 8-8.5 lbs per bbl packaged since we installed our bulk tank a year ago. That includes CO2 used to sparge the air out of our De-aerated water for rinsing and fobbing packaging line and filtration equipment
