Cleaning Serving Tanks
What is the best way to clean serving tanks that are in the cold box? I don't want to use hot water and warm up the other tanks. What are you doing to clean your serving tanks that are stored in the walk-in? Chemicals used, etc?
i aways use 150f water for all cips including one in the walkin
We turn off the fans, mainly to not suck extra condensation into them. We figure that there is enough thermal mass in the beer that we're not going to raise the temperature by more than a degree or two.
