IDD - HEBS (High Efficiency Brewing Systems)

For those wanting to upgrade or start with an efficient and flexible IDD - HEBS (High Efficiency Brewing System) mash filter brewery ranging from 10 to 40 Hl (8.5 to 34 Bbl) that will do a brew in 2 hours from start to finish, please consider the following:

    1. A brew every two hours is possible (instead of a brew every 4 to 8 hours)
    2. The use of any fermentable grain or cereal is possible (malted and unmalted)
    3. 20% plus less water usage (no weak wort)
    4. 10 to 15% less grain used
    5. Up to 98% extract
    6. Rapid starch conversion (less than 40 minutes)
    7. 65% spent grains solids (no wort wasted)
    8. Less energy due to less water pumped and heated for fast turnaround per brew (you can turn the lights off earlier)
    9. Brew style flexibility and innovation difficult or not possible on a standard system (Gluten Free, Sake, etc.)
    10. Automation and control via Allen Bradley PLC & HMI
    11. Skid mounted, prepiped and wired for fast installation
    12. Work a normal 8 hour day and complete 3 to 4 brews without being a slave to your passion.
    13. Output can be doubled by adding another set of brew house tanks and work platform to the mash filter (a brew every hour)
