What do you use to inventory your packaging?
Space is always of a premium so do you ever have a time when you run out of an item?

The amount of packaging you need is dependent on the amount of beer you produce, right? I assume you have a rolling budget for raw material purchases, based upon production projections. Typically manufacturers will try to keep on-hand X% of the following period's needs to smooth out stock issues. If you have a standard-based system, you should know about how much packaging you lose to breakage, etc.
