Certified Brewer or Brewing Consultant Needed For Project in Tokyo, Japan

We are opening an urban brewery, tap-room and restaurant in a very bustling entertainment district in Tokyo, Japan. We are looking for a certified brewer or brewing consultant to assist with the brewing operations side of the business. Responsibilities will include assistance with the design and set-up of the brewing equipment, equipment and ingredient sourcing, brewing, and on-going brewery/tap-room operations. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a venture with tremendous upside potential and work with some great, highly experienced people. Extensive experience would be great, but we are more interested in finding the right candidate with solid experience, impeccable taste, a very detailed approach to beer and brewing, a strong work-ethic and the right cultural fit for our team. We are open to a contracted position or a long-term hire, depending on the candidate.
