This site is a great resource and I am happy to converse with all you professionals. I need a Brewer/Consultant to assist me with a microbrewery startup in Canada.
I need someone help me from beginning to end from prepping the business plan to purchasing equipment and hiring the right staff.
If the consultant is also interested in staying on as head brewer that would be a bonus.
