    Question LAB media

    Anyone know where to buy media for the detection of lactic acid bacteria, with cycloheximide?

    You can try Whitelabs.com 800 5YEAST5, or Cynmar.

    Cynmar will make up plates for you call 800 223-3517. I would recommend either malt extract agar w/cycloh. or universal beer agar w/cycloh. (UBAA).
