Company forms joint venture with D.J. Koenig

Southern Wine & Spirits of America announced the expansion into Mississippi with the creation of a newly formed company, Wine & Spirits of Mississippi. The new company will be a partnership with D.J. Koenig & Associates, Inc., a wine wholesaler based in Jackson, Mississippi.

The expansion into Mississippi comes on the heals of the acquisition of United Beverage operations in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, North Carolina and Virginia,
