i am at the very beginning stages of thought for starting up a family owned brewpub/microbrewery/pub serving beer from our own off site brewery. i am a poli sci grad with a keen eye for the management aspect of business. so my understanding of such ventures is more focused on running it and not starting it. i am an experienced homebrewer, i have limited experience working in a brewpub brewery as well as a restaurant. so i have a general idea of operations. what i need is some info regarding start up procedures. i know that there is a need for a large amount of capital. as well as demographic information. what im looking for is a sample business plan or ideas as to where i could find a good one. please let me know if you can help.
