Brewlab - Start Up Brewing

Hello,

Has anyone any experience of the start up brewing (3 day) course offered by brewlab (UK) ?

Was it worth doing?

I did the two week course at Brewlab (Sunderland Univ., UK) and found it well worth the cost. Total beer immersion for 2 weeks!!! I've been home brewing for 12 years and found that it gave me a highly valuable look at the next level (micro/lab, cellar, tasting, digging out several mash tuns, yeast mgmt, sanitation, you name it).

I'm sure the 3 day is of the same caliber...would highly recommend the two week course.

Oh yeah, and you can't beat Gracie's Full English Breakfast every morning!!!

The course is worth the money in my opinion, You can get some hands on experience at their brewery (Darwins) and a more informal personal approach. You'll have a great time !
