Tap handle parts

So I am pretty sick of waiting for the tap handle company that we are working with to get back to us - I think we've been working on new handles for almost a year - and we are considering making our own. The design keeps getting simpler to the point I think we can make them for about the same price or maybe a little bit more but don't have to wait 3 - 4 months for shipping.

Any who, I am interested in input from others who have done this and the best place to get parts: finials, ferrules etc.
