Has anyone had any dealings with divine brew works? 10 weeks ago I ordered a 3bbl system from them and gave them a 50% deposit. After getting frustrated with him for not communicating with me, he has sent me a photo of a completed system and said he won't be selling it to me. I'm about a month away from opening my new brewery and the system is all I need. I was wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with this guy. Thanks.

Update
I finally brought my dealings with this guy to an end. He told me that everything was done except for the heating elements on the boil kettle. I needed the equipment soon and didn't want to wait another 3 weeks as he was already 2 weeks overdue. I offered to still pay full price which included shipping, I told him I would drive to San Diego and pick up the equipment and buy the heating elements. He said that is unexcptable. He gave me 3 options, pay the full price and wait 3 weeks for delivery, take my deposit back or take his 4 used fermenters for my deposit. I found another brewing system so I took the fermenters so I could just be done with this guy. My recommendation for anyone would be not to have any dealings with this guy. I can only assume that since I offered to pick it up incomplete and he would have made more money, is that the stuff was never built in the first place and it was all a scam. BUYER BEWARE! -

Shipment arrived and we got royally screwed by "Vegas Brewing Co" !!!!!
This has got to be one of the most frustrating aspects of starting a brewery!!! Ordering equipment has got to be the worst!!! Neither BREWSTEEL was able to to make our stand correctly, STOUT KETTLES & TANKS delivered us a different clients 1BBL HLT - our order was with a HERMS coil that had to be reordered and now this BS........."Vegas Brewing Co" formerly "DEVINE BREW WORKS" has completely sent us the wrong kettles, no fireboxes, no forced air burners, dents and dings, broken components!!! Please feel free to share your experiences down this road. We have more than enough documented email records to go after this jackwagon!!! With only 6" of clearance from the bottom to banjo or jet its still 12" inches short of city regulations 18".
We were supposed to get kettles per GLACIER specifications.
Instead we got something else!!!

Well we have court coming up soon and this guy is still refusing to communicate with the City of Henderson, our Attorney or the Better Business Bureau!!! Never in a million years would I have anticipated One brewer screwing over so many other brewers!!!! This POS is destined to FAIL with this much bad KARMA over his head.
