  • walk-in cooler panels

Im trying to extend my walk-in cooler and am trying to find panels? Does anyone have a good source for the panels? they are 3 1/2 inches thick and 86 5/8 high. They are solid foam inbetween the galvanized metal(I think its galvanized). If anyone has a good source please let me know.

    Thanks alot

ebay is full of this stuff, I got a 16'x32' last year for $250!
Cost more to rent the truck to go get it!

Try these guys - very small staff but LOTS of stuff. They can be a little challenging to contact sometimes, but prices are something like 100 bucks a panel...

Make sure the hooks and posts on the new panels will line up with the existing ones.

This outfit is to be avoided at ALL COSTS.
They are shady to say the least and do not stand behind what they are doing.
They are not up front about the game they are running.
MY advice to Brewers is to boycott them because of their total lack of integrity.

The way they operate which they do not tell you is:

They will send out a total hodge podge of various panels that are supposed to make up your required " dimension."
You will most likely not get corner panels or proper roof panels.
Everything will most likely be dirty, molded, and some of it battered heavily.
You may receive a door assembly that is mostly total junk.
Of course there will not be a numbered legend.
You will be working carpentry to make it go together and you will not be cam locking many parts, but using other methods.
This includes saw cutting 4 inch thickness panels to fit.
If what you asked for was not printed on the invoice you will have no recourse and definitely nothing will be done about it.

If you are someone who has built walk ins before it will be ok but time consuming. Nothing like doing a new one.
